Saturday Step

Step 10 encourages us to look at our day - our food and our actions. To me it feels similar to doing a mini Step 1-9 every day. Do we recognize that we are powerless, but God can help us? Do we have a resentment or need to make an amends to anyone? Where did we succeed? Where could we improve? Step 10 helps us to be mindful of our actions to help us live our best life. This helps us to feel better about ourselves and to make better food choices.
