Steak & Rice Dinner for Two

Looking for an easy, balanced meal that doesn’t take all night to make? Try this simple, satisfying, and full of flavor recipe.
This Steak & Rice dinner is perfect for two—and it comes together in minutes with just a few simple ingredients.
Here’s how I make it:
✅ Lightly coat a frying pan with extra virgin olive oil
✅ Cut up steak (enough for two servings) and brown it in the pan over medium heat with a few shakes of Worcestershire sauce (I like Lea & Perrins)
✅ While the steak cooks, prepare 3/4 cup of white rice (I use Minute Rice for quick meals)
✅ Stir the cooked rice into the pan
✅ Add in sugar snap peas and/or green peppers — heat just long enough to warm through, keeping the veggies nice and crunchy
That’s it! One pan, two plates, no stress.
