Step 11 is all about prayer and meditation - listening and talking to God for a closer relationship with Him. As we grow closer to God, we find contentment. Life isn't perfect of course, but we are grateful for what we have and know God is with us through the difficult times. As we learn to get through the difficult times leaning on God, it becomes possible living without our binge foods. I pray for this peace from God for every one of you!
