You overate. Now what?

Maybe you ate something you hadn’t planned or went back for more when you knew you’d had enough.
And now that familiar thought comes: *I already blew it. I might as well keep eating.*
I know that feeling because I lived it for years.
But you don’t have to let one choice turn into an entire day—or week—of overeating.
You can stop right here.
Psalm 51 shows us what to do when we’ve fallen short: turn back to God, be honest about what happened, receive His forgiveness, and move forward.
You don’t need to punish yourself.
You don’t need to promise you’ll “start over Monday.”
You just need to make your next right choice.
Your next meal is a new opportunity to eat what you planned, thank God for His grace, and keep walking forward.
You haven’t lost all your progress because you struggled today.
Need help making that next right choice?
