Your Next Meal Is More Important Than the Last One

Have you ever thought:
"I already blew it today, so I might as well keep eating?"
I certainly have.
The problem with that thinking is that one unplanned choice turns into a whole day, a whole weekend, or sometimes much longer.
Recovery teaches us something different.
The next meal is a brand-new opportunity.
Not tomorrow.
Not Monday.
Not after you've gained more weight.
The next meal.
You don't have to be perfect to make a better choice.
You just have to start where you are.
One meal.
One prayer.
One day at a time.
That's how lasting change happens.
