Have An Action Plan

Do you have a social gathering to go to and nervous about the food? Offer to bring some healthy food choices, then stick to eating those. Mention you have food sensitivities and ask what is on the menu. Be gracious and thank the host. Pray before you enter the room and focus on the relationships with the other people. With God's help, you can do this!
