Healthy Recipe Wednesday

Baked cinnamon apples. Heat oven to 350, cut the apples in half and carve out the seeds. Place them on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for around 15-20 minutes, depending on how many apples you have. Apples don't need to be cooked, you are just warming and softening the apples for a really tasty and healthy treat!
