Navigating Weekend Social Events

Hi, my name is Julie, and I'm with Reshape and Recover, and today we're looking at the weekend. And sometimes that can be difficult, especially if you have plans to go out with friends. Sometimes we feel pressured into eating what they're eating, but there's really no need to feel the pressure. If they question it, you can just say, no, thank you. You don't need to explain or tell them why. Just a no thank you should be plenty. Just enjoy their company and not worry about what people are eating. You can have something to drink, um, maybe some coffee or water or tea or something low calorie.
