It's so easy to get discouraged after a food slip but I want to encourage you not to beat yourself up over your slip! Remember God's grace and forgiveness!
We are not expected to be perfect - who could ever achieve that? God's Word in Isaiah 41:10 (NIV) says, "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
Keep trying and keep praying. God will help you, just don't give up!
Here are some tips to help the sugar cravings to get you back on track:
💧 Flush out those cravings by drinking plenty of water.
🍗 Eat extra protein at every meal to get back on track.
🏃 Get some exercise to sweat out the toxins
🙏 Believe it, live it, and let God’s peace fill your heart. With His help, you can do this!
