Saturday Step




Step 4. Doing our inventory helps keep us free from resentments and the emotions that cause us to overeat. Feelings like anger and bitterness towards others, or even ourselves, can be harmful in so many ways and affect how we eat in addition to how we feel. It can become a vicous cycle of eating and negatives feelings. Writing it down helps us see the patterns that have developed over the years and how we can change ourselves with God's help.
