Simple, filling, and just the right amount of sweet.
A friend brought in homemade 3-ingredient peanut butter oat bars today — just oats, peanut butter, and a bit of honey. One small bar was enough to satisfy and fuel me for hours!
Sometimes, a nourishing bite made from real food is all we need to stay on track.
No baking, no fuss — just real food that satisfies.
Ingredients:
• 2 cups oats (old-fashioned or quick oats)
• 1 cup natural peanut butter or sunflower butter (no sugar)
• 1/2 cup honey (or adjust to taste)
Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
2. Press into a parchment-lined 8 x 8 pan.
3. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes, then cut into bars.
That’s it! These bars are filling, naturally sweet, and great for on-the-go or after a workout.
