In addition to these, I've heard other experts also recommend putting down electronic devices an hour before bed, limiting water and other liquids in that last hour before bedtime, and avoid caffeine in the afternoon and evenings.
Getting at least 7 hours of sleep and eating right will do marvelous things for your energy level throughout the day and help cravings for unhealthy food. One less reason to overeat!
