Tony and I were at Culver’s last night, and I wanted to share how I make healthier choices eating out. I ordered a single burger, cut the bun in half to make a double-burger with a single burger, skip ketchup because of the sugar, and drink water. If I’m still hungry, I have veggies or a small snack at home. This way, I enjoy my meal while keeping portions and sugar in check. And yes, Tony can enjoy his dessert—it doesn’t bother me at all! 😊
