Step 11 is where recovery deepens

It’s where we stop striving and start listening.
By this point in the journey, we’ve let go of so much — the food, the guilt, the patterns. But now comes something even more beautiful: cultivating a daily relationship with God.
Step 11 invites us to pause, pray, and listen.
Not just for help staying abstinent…
But for guidance in our everyday lives — and peace that fills the space food used to occupy.
It’s in the stillness that we hear God's voice.
And it’s through prayer and meditation that we’re reminded:
We’re not alone. We’re not powerless.
We’re walking with the One who holds the power to heal.
💬 "Be still and know that I am God." – Psalm 46:10
Step 11 isn't just about recovery — it's about relationship.
