2 Corinthians 5:7 For we live by faith, not by sight.
The world lives by what they see, but not us! Christians live by faith, believing that God’s Word is trustworthy and true. We ask God to help us live this way and send us His Holy Spirit to strengthen our faith and belief. We want to reflect His light in everything we do.
Dear Holy Spirit, I’m amazed at how you encourage my mind and soul as I start my day today. Thank you for all the blessings that are mine to share as a child of God and that I only need to live by faith and not by sight.
Please help me to believe that you are always with me today and that you will help me when I need guidance, wisdom, or a word of truth from the Holy Scriptures and/or from the truth in the 12 steps. Amen.
