Did you binge over the weekend? No shame! God’s grace is everywhere, and in your life too! Just move forward and concentrate on today. To detox from your sugar binge, here are some suggestions:
• Pray for strength and peace
• Throw it out if you can. If the food belongs to someone else, label it with that person’s name
• Drink lots of water – adding lemon is fine
• Don’t skip meals as penitence – you will get too hungry
• Eat more protein with your meal and be sure to get plenty of veggies too
Remember that today is a new day and just take it one day at a time – and don’t forget to pray!
