🛒 Healthy Grocery Haul: A Peek into Our Cart at Walmart


I don’t usually shop for groceries in a dress…But after church, we stopped at Walmart, and I thought I’d take you along with me for a quick look at what we’re buying!


Here are a few of our staples:

✅ Organic carrots & apples

✅ Sourdough bread for Tony

✅ A collagen protein drink I love and recommend

✅ Coffee & tea (essentials!)

✅ Oats, green beans, chicken, tuna, and pineapple


Our grocery strategy?

🌿 Stick to the outer aisles where the real food is.

🛍️ Only go down the center aisles with intention — we get what we need and keep moving. No wandering = fewer temptations.


This approach keeps our kitchen stocked with recovery-friendly foods that support a healthy, Christ-centered lifestyle — without the overwhelm.
