For those of us struggling with food addiction, it’s like an alcoholic avoiding alcohol. They can drink water or tea, but even one drink of alcohol can trigger a downward spiral. It’s the same for us with binge foods. We need to eat to nourish our bodies, but we don’t need to eat the foods that keep us trapped in unhealthy patterns.


Avoiding binge foods isn’t about deprivation—it’s about freedom. By stepping away from what triggers us and choosing whole, nourishing options, we can break the cycle and embrace a healthier, joy-filled life.
