Step 10 - the Way to Find Lasting Joy

When I work Step 10 every day, I find my day has more joy in it. 💛
When I fall short and make amends right away, when I recognize my shortcomings and ask God to remove them — even praying for that in advance — something shifts. I experience more peace. My relationships are healthier. My stress levels drop. And I’m far less likely to turn to food for comfort.
Step 10 isn’t about being perfect — it’s about staying aware, staying honest, and staying close to God throughout the day.
“Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.” – Psalm 139:23–24
When we live in daily self-reflection and surrender, God meets us there — with grace, truth, and healing. 🙏
