Do you find that you overeat in the late afternoon after doing really well all day long? I have some tips to help with that. Usually there's a few things going on. First, you're probably getting tired, and maybe haven't gotten the nutrition that you needed. So make sure you're getting enough protein and fat and veggies in your diet.
And when you're thinking healthy carbs, think fiber. So veggies. Also, have a plan for when you get home. Make sure that you have some things planned out. What are you planning on doing? Keeping busy can often help with the cravings to overeat. And then make sure you get to bed early so that you get plenty of sleep for the next day. Also, make sure you get enough water. And all of these things should really be helpful in managing the cravings. I hope this helps.
