If you’re like I was, you’ve tried so many diets.

Some of them worked—for a while.


You know what to eat.

You’ve had moments where you felt motivated.


But somehow, you still end up back in the same cycle of overeating.


For me, the turning point wasn’t trying harder.

Having a simple, realistic plan

Getting consistent support

And learning to rely on God instead of myself


This is something I see over and over again.


It’s not a lack of knowledge.

It’s not even a lack of desire.


It’s that willpower alone isn’t enough to create lasting change.
