Why Diets Work… Until They Don’t (How to Stop Overeating)

If you’re like I was, you’ve tried so many diets.
Some of them worked—for a while.
You know what to eat.
You’ve had moments where you felt motivated.
But somehow, you still end up back in the same cycle of overeating.
For me, the turning point wasn’t trying harder.
It was:
Having a simple, realistic plan
Getting consistent support
And learning to rely on God instead of myself
This is something I see over and over again.
It’s not a lack of knowledge.
It’s not even a lack of desire.
It’s that willpower alone isn’t enough to create lasting change.
That’s why I created a small, 4-week live class starting April 30:
A 4-Week Path to Freedom from Overeating
Inside, we’ll focus on:
Why this has been such a struggle
How to build a plan you can actually live with
And how to begin applying the 12 Steps in a practical, Christ-centered way
This isn’t about doing everything perfectly.
It’s about finally having a clear path forward—with support along the way.
If this sounds like something you’ve been needing, you can learn more here:
