🎉 Happy Friday! Healthy eating can continue through the weekend.
Weekends can be the hardest time to stay on track. The structure fades, the temptations rise, and before you know it, Sunday night brings that familiar regret.
I’ve been there — I used to “start over Monday” more times than I can count. But with God's help, the 12 Steps, and community support, I was finally able to continue my healthy eating through the weekend too.
Here are a few practical tips that helps me stay steady through the weekend:
🍎 Have a sketch of a plan for weekend meals.
🚶♀️ Keep some kind of routine — morning prayer, journaling, or exercise.
🍽️ Enjoy meals, but keep to your “safe” foods.
🙏 Invite God into your choices — even on Saturday night!
Romans 12:1 reminds us, “Offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.”
Our food choices can be an act of worship — even on the weekend.
So take a deep breath, make a plan, and go into this weekend with peace and purpose. You’ve got this. 💪
