💡 Pray at mealtimes, asking God to help you feel satisfied with the food He provides.
💡 Pray throughout the day, when cravings rise or weariness sets in.
🙏 Simple prayer:
“Lord, guide my choices today. Satisfy me with what is good, and keep me from turning to food instead of You.”
